Marc Teal
Chief Executive Officer
Marc has over 25 years of experience, and most of this has been focused on directing the strategic deployment of technology and business process reengineering to streamline LIHTC accounting, tax, and compliance operations. Early in his career, Marc recognized the value of leveraging technology to drive efficiencies and to improve data integrity. Investing in and developing new asset management technologies has been the hallmark of his career. As CEO of Lexington Solutions, Marc is responsible for overall corporate strategy and investment. Prior to joining the company, Marc held various positions with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, a multifaceted real estate company and Liberty Real Estate Corp.

Marc is an avid golfer and Boston sports fan and is married with two sons. Marc received a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University and a Masters in Finance from Suffolk University.

Brian Madden
Chief Operating Officer
Brian has over 19 years of broad experience encompassing technology consulting, business development, and operations for organizations such as Lockheed Martin, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and New York City Transit. For the past seven years, Brian has focused on leveraging technology and process improvement to solve business problems unique to the LIHTC industry. Since 2005, Brian has led the technology effort to build Fusion and as COO for Lexington Solutions he is responsible for overall operations, sales, and software development for the company.

Brian is an avid saltwater fly fisherman, runner, and is married with two daughters. Brian received a BA in Japanese and East Asian Studies from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Michael Callahan
Director of Product Strategy
Mike rose through the ranks of LIHTC asset management over the past 19 years and for the last four years Mike has been Boston Capital's Director of Asset Management responsible for managing the LIHTC industry's largest tax credit portfolio. This deep experience allows Mike to provide critical insight into the real business needs and demands faced by LIHTC professionals. In his role as the Director of Product Strategy for Lexington Solutions, Mike defines and prioritizes the development effort.

Mike is a basketball enthusiast and is married with two daughters. Mike received a BA in Mathematics from Providence College and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
